Biography:Character Bio: The history of Rioas is very similar to goku, ending up on earth at a young age. He knows what he is and where he comes from, just not how he ended up on the planet earth. Found by a middle aged hardened farmer... Rioas quickly learned morals of respect and fighting from this man whom would pass away once he hit the age 16.
